Hi, my name is Sheri Harrison, and I am your local mortgage broker. I have lived in Colorado Springs for the majority of my life. I have been in retail leadership for over 20 years and am excited to transfer my passion for service and strong customer relationships into my new role as your Mortgage Loan Originator! As a loan mortgage broker, I have experience in Conventional, FHA, and VA home loans.

In addition to FHA, VA, and Conventional loans, I can also offer nonQM loan products like Debt Service Coverage Ratio loans for investors looking to acquire additional non-owner-occupied investment properties.  For self-employed individuals, I offer bank statement loan products that do not require taxes, W2’s, paystubs, or other traditional means of income documentation.
